Visitor places for Kent 2020 Vision LIVE are offered free-of-charge to executives from the commercial, public and third sectors to provide them with access to advice, education, inspiration and thought leadership on key business challenges, facilitating introductions to new suppliers and future business partners in the process.

Paying exhibitors provide significant financial support for the event, ensuring its long-term sustainability and enabling visitor places to be offered without charge. Therefore, we ask all visitors to respect exhibitors’ role in the event by NOT actively selling or promoting their own products or services to exhibiting companies or other visitors while visiting the event.

This is a condition of your free attendance at Kent 2020 Vision LIVE and failure to comply with the above request may result in your free place being revoked without notice. The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or revoke free visitor places at their sole discretion and at any time.

Please note that cameras may be present at the event as in previous years. Attendees not wishing to be filmed can make themselves known to the camera team so that they can be avoided.
